Pregnancy Loss Art Night
Pregnancy Loss Art Nights at Options is a time when the center's main activities are closed and it becomes a cozy and calming environment for anyone facing pregnancy loss to process, through art and journaling, their experiences.
We try to have them every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Anyone is welcome to join.

The Prograce training is a workshop for empowering women and men who seek to reconcile Biblical truth and Christian love in how we navigate issues of unplanned pregnancy and abortion.

Pizza Lunch Discussions
Options will be hosting free pizza lunches to discuss hard topics surrounding pregnancy and pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion).
Our staff will join the conversations as mediators to ensure that the conversations are respectful and considerate. These open discussions are about journeying together as we all process these challenging topics. All are welcome.

Options' Pregnancy Loss Memorial Night is a night to honor the being of your loss and acknowledge their passage. If you have lost a child during or shortly after pregnancy - including from miscarriage, still birth or abortion - no matter how long ago it happened you are invited to come simply honour the memory of your child through a short service and worship.

Prayer Session at QHOP
At the Quebec House of Prayer (QHOP) in Lennoxville, we lead their family worship and prayer set from 11 am to noon.
We pray for all families and women experiencing unplanned pregnancies; that they will be able to find support and care through our work and the church. We pray that women in the church who have also experienced these challenges will be able to find healing and support; to know that they are so valued and loved.

Tapas Fundraiser
The Options Tapas Fundraiser is our signature event of the year, designed to bring our community together for a time of great food and meaningful impact. This event is not just about enjoying delicious bites, but about making a difference.
By attending or contributing to this event, you’re helping us ensure that our clients receive the care, resources, and support they deserve. Your participation makes it possible for us to continue this important work.

The training is offered so that more trained facilitators can offer this program in their ministry or church. There’s a thirst for identity and purpose in Christ here in Quebec; this program offers answers and more. At Options, we are proud to be able to come alongside our clients in this way, if they desire so.

Restoration Path Training
Pregnancy Care Canada Conference
Our centre will be closed all week of April 7th due to all of our staff attending the PCC Annual conference that will be hosted in our very own Quebec city.
This pregnancy conference will allow options to meet with other centres from Canada and reinforce some of our partnerships. We’re looking forward to learning more at the conference!
Spanish Parenting Class
As we grow older, we discover that our lives become better in community. With this in mind, we are offering Familylife's 'Art of Parenting; aiming your child's heart towards God' program (affiliate of Power 2 Change Ministries). This is a 9 sessions video series that was designed not only to help parents find new ways to integrate faith into everyday parenting moments, but also to create an environment where moms and dads can carry the burdens together, celebrate breakthroughs and relate to each other in their individual experiences with day-to-day parenting.
